MTCA 2025 CHAPERONE

FOR OUR OPENING CELEBRATION & OUR FINALE

Students and Directors will be seated in the theatre according to assigned times first. Next, Parents/Chaperones will be seated after all students and director’s are seated in the theatre. Please check with your groups Director for additional information. 

Chaperones / Parents must be wearing a Purple wristbands

1. Parents/Chaperones will NOT be seated until all Students and Directors have been sat in the Ballroom.
2. Parents/Chaperones are not permitted to gather in the Pacific Foyer / Lobby area in front of the Ballroom. This creates impacted hallways and will delay getting students and Directors seated in the Ballroom.
3. Parents/Chaperones will enter only through the back doors of the Ballroom (off of the lobby area).
4. MTCA staff will not open doors or allow seating until all students and directors have been seated. 
5. Parents/Chaperone seating is in the back section of the Ballroom. 
6. Parents/Chaperones will not be permitted to sit in designated rows for Students and Directors.
7. Parents/Chaperones are not permitted to sit in on the dress rehearsal. 
8. No Alcohol is permitted in any events with students in attendance. 
9. Any parent/chaperones who sit themselves early or take seats from assigned groups will be politely asked to move. 
10. No running, pushing, or shoving will be tolerated. Attendees behaving aggressively will be asked to leave the theatre space and wait outside until the show's completion
